Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP and a frightened father Henry. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. This is where I share my story-the highs, the lows and everything in-between. My parents accompanied me into America in the year 1990, at which point I was just one-and-a half. It wouldn't be possible to share my story with you today if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. To give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on success and worked hard to achieve it. I thought my life would be one way or another: I'd graduate from university, be offered an executive position, marry and begin with a family. I thought that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to demonstrate what it meant to be successful. Money and the prestige of my position was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I wasted my life for a paycheck. It was in 2013 that I discovered that my true passion was exercising. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to aid other people. In the process of pursuing the new direction of my life, I started to find private training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. It is rare to find Asian women working in this industry. To lead in my field, and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and help them achieve their targets. It is my goal for me to help others chase their dreams, and to achieve the life they've always wished for. When my work began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datein the death of my mom. She has won the eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. Even if you can't see it initially, the universe is a way of providing us with what we truly need. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways and I believe my mom offered me a second chance at life through her passing. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. She had her chance to start a new chapter in her life which gave me another chance to live a fulfilling and happy life. As I enter the 30's I am more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I am living my life now, and not just surviving just like I did in the past. My life is shared with you so that I can be able to share my stories as well as my words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is essential and normal. The health of a person is the most important riches. You have only one life. I wish you to live it to the fullest.
